Qualifications

• 8+ years of change management experience in construction supporting life sciences, pharma, clean rooms, labs, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline is required.
• Innovative mindset to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative approaches with broad business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of change management strategies across construction and life sciences projects.
• Assess people, process, and business impacts; partner with cross-functional teams to support smooth transitions and regulatory compliance.
• Identify risks, barriers to change, and mitigation strategies to drive project success.
• Develop and deliver change management artifacts including communications, training, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness assessments.
• Integrate change activities into overall project plans, schedules, and governance processes.
