Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a seasoned Change Management Lead to drive adoption across complex construction and life sciences projects.   • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline is required.

  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative approaches with broad business impact.

You'll lead the development and execution of change management strategies across construction and life sciences projects, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable outcomes.

You'll establish and promote consistent change management methodologies, tools, and governance processes across programs and projects.


You'll define, track, and report on change adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and business outcomes to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.


You'll serve as a trusted advisor on change management best practices, influencing stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and supporting successful project delivery across construction, engineering, and life sciences environments



  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related discipline

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in change management in construction supporting life sciences, pharma, clean room, labs, etc.

  • Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions

  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions with broad business impact

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills

  • Experience in construction project environments within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors is highly desirable
