Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead QC laboratories, pharmaceutical and biotechnology facilities, cleanrooms, and GMP environments onsite at client facilities.

You will manage field execution from planning through turnover, coordinate with engineering, quality, validation, commissioning, and client stakeholders, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence across complex, regulated projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of construction management experience in regulated life sciences environments.
• Experience managing multiple contractors, field teams, and budgets on complex projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and contractor safety management.
• Experience delivering QC laboratories, cleanrooms, or GMP facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and renovation projects for QC laboratories, pharma and biotech facilities, and cleanrooms.
• Manage field execution from planning through turnover, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Coordinate daily construction activities with engineering, quality, validation, commissioning, EHS, operations, contractors, vendors and clients.
• Oversee contractor performance, resources, sequencing, and site logistics for efficient delivery.
• Facilitate site walk-downs, readiness reviews, safety audits, and contractor alignment discussions.
