Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead strategic BD initiatives across the Life Sciences Industry Team, including IP and DDAT, and to work with practice groups and leadership to drive revenue. The role combines planning with hands-on execution, budget oversight, and performance tracking to align with firm priorities.

You will manage BDAs/BDCs, oversee RFPs and pitches, and collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Data & Innovation, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, communications, business or related area.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Life Sciences Industry Team and related practice groups; make independent BD priorities decisions with leadership consultation.
• Collaborate with Practice Group leaders and department heads on performance and productizing new services.
• Develop and implement BD strategies including client identification, engagement, cross-servicing, and proposals/pitches.
