Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a B2B, professional services or legal setting.
• Experience in life sciences industry preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and development skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of the Life Sciences Industry Team and related practices, allocating resources and executing priorities with leadership.
• Collaborate with the BDD and CBDO on strategic initiatives and leadership duties.
• Develop and implement business development strategies, including client engagement, proposals and pitches.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation for assigned initiatives and teams.
• Coach and supervise BDAs/BDCs to ensure project delivery and accountability.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Data & Innovation, and other departments on cross‑functional initiatives.
