Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a results‑driven Business Development Manager to pursue new clients and diversify offerings. The role blends remote work from a home office with regional travel, including at client sites to maximize networking and relationship building opportunities.

You will manage the strategic sales process, identify client needs, and present how PSS can address them, while overseeing implementation for new programs. Senior level interaction with C‑Suite is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years of consultative sales experience selling professional services in life sciences.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% locally within a region.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales development cycle from prospecting through project implementation.
• Identify and research new sales targets and qualify leads.
• Engage with executive‑level stakeholders and present the PSS insourcing model.
• Develop action plans to achieve KPIs and sales goals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with clients and internal teams.
