Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a senior operations leader to manage multiple scientific teams across the Pacific Northwest, including Seattle. You will supervise direct reports, collaborate with clients, and ensure high-quality service and labor efficiency.

The role requires a strong scientific background, 5+ years of leadership, and ability to travel locally with occasional additional travel. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnical Sciences, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading direct reports.
• Scientific background with hands-on lab experience in pharma/clinical/GMP settings.
• Ability to travel locally in Seattle area frequently; up to 5% elsewhere.
• Strong client service, relationship management, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage business operations for multiple scientific teams in Pacific NW.
• Lead direct reports, group leaders and teams, and serve clients in technical settings.
• Collaborate with clients to meet resourcing and technical needs and ensure high-quality service.
• Hold regular meetings with direct reports, department, and client management.
• Disseminate administrative communications and policies.
• Oversee financial responsibilities as defined by the Director.
• Plan and multitask to maximize productivity and value for clients.
• Develop and meet quality and productivity metrics; promote teamwork.
