Job summary

Sesen, Inc. is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager with 1–3 years in life sciences to grow strategic relationships with pharma, biotech and medical device clients.

You’ll lead consultative discussions, develop quotes, and partner with regulatory and compliance teams to align translation solutions with global submissions. This role emphasizes life sciences expertise, client education, and pipeline forecasting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in life sciences with BD, regulatory ops, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of clinical development lifecycle or regulatory submissions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to clinical/regulatory stakeholders.
• Interest in global health and cross-border trials.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to learn in a specialized role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with clinical, regulatory, and localization teams at pharma, biotech, and medical device companies.
• Lead consultative discussions with clients to understand global content needs and propose translation/localization solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop quotes and project scopes.
• Educate prospective clients on Sesen’s quality, compliance, and tech standards in life sciences.
• Represent Sesen at industry events, client meetings, and virtual conferences.
• Work with leadership on pipeline forecasting and sales strategy.
