Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an Audit Partner to lead industry-focused assurance and advisory engagements for middle-market clients. You will mentor staff, shape engagement strategy, and partner with leadership to grow the Life Sciences practice.

You will work closely with clients to understand business goals, identify risks, and deliver insightful financial statements and improvement recommendations, while maintaining high ethical standards and professional excellence.

Qualifications

• CPA required and licensed in the U.S.
• 8+ years auditing experience in life sciences desired
• 5+ years in supervisory roles and mentoring staff

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted engagement team member delivering assurance and consulting services.
• Engage with clients to understand goals and challenges year-round.
• Lead testing of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork quality and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial guidance and business recommendations from testing.
• Drive growth of Baker Tilly Life Sciences practice with cross-service collaboration.
• Network to acquire new clients, projects, and revenue.
• Support team development through firm learning programs and mentorship.
