Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Reinvention Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the AI Transformation Office in Life Sciences. You will drive communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across multiple transformation workstreams.

You will leverage AI-powered tools to enhance visibility, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams while traveling as needed to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Program or project management at a top-tier consulting firm or in a complex enterprise delivery environment.
• Proven track record designing and maintaining program operating rhythms for senior executive audiences.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered project management and automation tools to improve program visibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage project communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across transformation workstreams.
• Track budget actuals vs. plan and support governance reporting to leadership.
• Leverage AI-powered project management tools and automation for streamlined operations.
• Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators for integrated progress view.
• Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and action tracking.
