Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Reinvention Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the AI Transformation Office within the Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will manage communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across multiple transformation streams, using AI-enabled tools to drive discipline, visibility, and momentum.

You will oversee budget tracking, surface variances, and support governance reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in program or project management within complex enterprise delivery environments.
Experience designing and maintaining program operating rhythms (cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, budget tracking) for executives.
Proven ability to leverage AI-powered PM tools to improve visibility and reduce manual effort.
Strong executive-ready written and verbal communication skills and the ability to synthesize status for leadership.
Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams including consultants, technologists, and change practitioners.

Responsibilities

Manage project communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across all transformation workstreams to provide governance visibility.
Track budget actuals vs. plan, surface variances early, and support governance reporting to client leadership.
Leverage AI-powered project management tools and automation to streamline program operations.
Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators to maintain an integrated view of progress, dependencies, and risks.
Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and action tracking in a fast-moving engagement.
