Job summary

Accenture's Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice leads AI-driven enterprise transformation for leading pharma and biotech organizations. This role targets a strategic leader who can drive workforce design and change programs at the VP/executive level.

You will shape how roles evolve as AI takes over tasks, coordinate with AI teams, and craft communications for senior leadership while tracking adoption and risks across engagements. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive consulting/expertise in Life Sciences
• Demonstrated ability to lead client conversations at VP/exec level
• Experience driving change management for tech or AI transformations
• Experience redesigning roles during large-scale process/technology changes
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders and sales BD experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement and define evolving roles as AI takes over tasks
• Own workforce transition strategy for the pod's scope and ensure change lands with technology
• Coordinate with Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on organizational implications
• Develop communications and stakeholder materials for functional leadership
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance early to mitigate delivery risks
• Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise AI Transformation Office
