Job summary

Accenture, a global professional services company, seeks a Reinvention Program Manager within its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will drive AI-enabled transformation, coordinating across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators to keep programs on track.

You will manage communications, milestone tracking, budget variances, and governance reporting for senior executives, leveraging automation tools to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a complex enterprise delivery environment.
• Experience designing and maintaining program operating rhythms for senior executives.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered project management and automation tools to improve visibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across transformation workstreams.
• Track budget actuals, surface variances, and support governance reporting to leadership.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline program operations and maintain integrated progress view.
• Coordinate across transformers, workforce architects, and data innovators to manage dependencies and risks.
• Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and action tracking.
