Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Reinvention Program Manager to act as the operational backbone of the AI Transformation Office within its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will manage communications, milestones, portfolio reporting, and operating cadence across multiple workstreams, using automation to drive efficiency and outcomes.

You will coordinate with Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators, track budgets, and deliver concise status updates to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined program or project management experience in a top-tier consulting firm or complex enterprise delivery environment.
• Proven ability to design and maintain program operating rhythms for senior executives.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered project management and automation tools.
• Strong executive-ready written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams including consultants, technologists, and change practitioners.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across transformation workstreams.
• Track budget actuals against plan and support governance reporting to leadership.
• Leverage AI-powered PM tools to streamline program operations and govern effectively.
• Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators to maintain integrated progress.
• Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and action tracking.
