Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in workforce strategy, org design, or talent transformation in consulting or industry.
• Proven change management leadership for technology or AI-driven transformations.
• Experience redesigning roles in large-scale process and technology changes.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences workforce dynamics and org structures.
• Strong client-facing communication with VP and functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement and define evolving roles as AI takes over tasks.
• Own workforce transition strategy for the pod's scope and coordinate with tech timelines.
• Collaborate with Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on org implications of design decisions.
• Develop communications and stakeholder engagement materials for functional leadership.
