A global leader in AI-powered solutions is looking for an experienced Account Director to drive strategic sales within the life sciences manufacturing sector. This high-impact role requires a deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales and the ability to engage directly with stakeholders at customer facilities. Responsibilities include leading the full sales cycle, managing key relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the life sciences sector and be willing to travel up to 50%. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in life sciences sector, focusing on packaging line technologies.
  • Proven success selling into manufacturing environments within pharma, biotech, or medical device companies.
  • Strong understanding of operational and regulatory dynamics in life sciences manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers at pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device manufacturing sites.
  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close, including discovery, solution design, and negotiation.
  • Travel regularly (approx. 50%) to customer sites for relationship development.
