TransPerfect Inc in San Francisco is seeking an Account Executive – Life Sciences to manage and grow an existing portfolio and identify new business opportunities across the SF market. This role blends hunter and farmer responsibilities in a hybrid work setting.

You will cultivate relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients, uncover cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue across TransPerfect’s translation, regulatory, and technology solutions.

• Take ownership of an established portfolio of enterprise life sciences accounts and act as the primary commercial contact.
• Develop account plans to identify expansion opportunities across service lines (translation, regulatory labeling, trial management, AI workflows).
• Build multi‑threaded relationships with clinical, regulatory, quality, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Identify and close expansion and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop deep understanding of TransPerfect services and competitive advantages.
• Present solutions in 1:1, group, online, and in‑person meetings.
• Collaborate with internal experts to bring the right specialists into client discussions.
• Manage pricing and contracts by understanding company procedures.
• Provide customer support and manage client expectations.
• Quote, manage, and bill projects, coordinating with clients and production teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account intelligence, and forecast data.
