Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships and serve as first-level client support.
• Research prospective clients and enter data into CRM with accuracy.
• Cold call prospects and negotiate rates and deadlines.
• Educate clients about TransPerfect’s processes, rates, and turnaround times.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to drive retention and growth.
