Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories seeks an Account Manager to drive sales growth across Ohio, covering Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, and surrounding areas. You will respond to inquiries, update opportunities in Salesforce, and spend four days a week in the field visiting labs to advance opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or life-science research, strong molecular biology knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or relevant research experience in life sciences.
• Fluency in molecular biology, gene expression and protein analysis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and update opportunities in Salesforce.
• Meet labs in the field to drive opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Prospect for new business and collaborate with Account Executives and Specialists.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Travel overnight as required to cover Ohio territory.
