Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. is seeking an HVAC/Mechanical Technician to maintain and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment in a Life Science environment. You will liaise with vendors, facilities staff, and clients to ensure reliable operations and compliant service delivery.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, after-hours availability on-site, and adherence to safety standards. On-site location in Andover, MA with a 6:00am–2:00pm schedule and rotating on-call.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Universal EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification required or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' experience maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
• Proficiency with standard office software and documentation systems.
• Experience with work order management systems.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Service pumps, fans, kitchen equipment, dishwashers, and related plumbing fixtures as needed.
• Utilize building automation system to monitor conditions and equipment operation.
• Assist lower-level technicians and provide coaching as needed.
• Create and update site procedures and recommend reliability improvements.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and control systems per CMMS schedule.
• Read manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematics to complete tasks as required.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure compliance with codes and safety policies.
