Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to operate, inspect, and maintain building HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems across facilities. This role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance.

You will perform preventive and repair work orders, maintain HVAC/R and plumbing systems, and document work in CMMS. Strong multi-trades skills and EPA 608 certification are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 4+ years of technical experience in building engineering.
• HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical repair knowledge.
• EPA 608 Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform multi-skilled trades (electric, HVAC, plumbing).
• Troubleshooting and repair of industrial facility equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, reporting on conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Complete safety training and hazard assessments in accordance with procedures.
• Update work order status in CMMS and perform vehicle safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations; participate in safety meetings.
