Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support the 24/7/365 operations at the Andover, MA campus. You’ll maintain HVAC systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and work with a large trades and engineering team to ensure 100% uptime and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in facility HVAC/refrigeration, a MA HVAC license, and a valid MA driver’s license.

Qualifications

3+ years of facility-related HVAC and refrigeration work experience.
Active Massachusetts HVAC Technician License.
Active Massachusetts Driver’s License.
Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook and CMMS systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain continuous operation of all HVAC-related building systems, including BAS, electrical, and temperature control systems.
Execute preventive, corrective, and reliability maintenance procedures.
Enter detailed comments into the work order database for traceability.
Provide customer interface and support; assist with planning and scheduling optimization.
Identify hazards and implement remediation measures, ensuring safety training is completed.
Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC and related equipment to maximize uptime.
