Job summary

JLL is seeking a skilled Facilities HVAC Technician for our 24/7 operations on the Andover, MA campus. You will own upkeep of HVAC and related mechanical systems, collaborate with trades and engineering teams, and ensure safety and uptime through preventive and corrective maintenance.

The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC equipment, BAS, and regulatory compliance. A Massachusetts HVAC license, driver's license, and strong communication are essential for success in this team-focused

Qualifications

3+ years of facility-related HVAC and Refrigeration work experience.
Active Massachusetts HVAC Technician License.
Active Massachusetts Driver's License.
Demonstrated technical expertise in facility-related systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain continuous operation of all HVAC-related building systems (BAS, controls, electrical, temperature control).
Execute preventive, corrective, and reliability maintenance procedures with teammates and vendor partners.
Conduct building rounds and maintain detailed logs and data sheets with regulatory compliance in mind.
Enter detailed comments into work orders for documentation and reference.
Provide customer interface and support, assist with planning and scheduling optimization and document management.
