Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on HVAC and refrigeration experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• State/local HVAC licenses.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven troubleshooting of complex HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system malfunctions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
