Job summary

Mid-South Transplant Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Community Outreach Specialist to develop, lead, and support programs that promote organ, tissue, and eye donation and to increase donor registrations across the Memphis area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years of related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of resources within multicultural communities with outreach experience.
• Graphic design skills preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable automobile, and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and support programs and activities promoting organ, tissue, and eye donation; increase donor registrations; and build relationships in the assigned area.
• Develop community partnerships, deliver presentations, coordinate outreach activities and events, and support donor registration efforts.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and limited supervision.
