Mid‑South Transplant Foundation is a community‑based, non‑profit organization dedicated to saving lives through organ and tissue donation. Since 1976 the Foundation has facilitated the donation process and promoted awareness in the Mid‑South region.
The Organ Donation Coordinator (ODC) is responsible for the clinical management of potential donors, evaluation and allocation of organs, and assisting in the operating room during the recovery of organs. The ODC manages the preservation, packaging and transportation of donated organs. A personal vehicle is required, with auto insurance and mileage reimbursement provided.
Full‑time, 3–4 shifts per week (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.), including weekends and holidays. Salary $70 k – $90 k per year, eligible for overtime. Service area is a 3‑hour radius of Memphis, TN.
