Job summary

Mid-South Transplant Foundation in Memphis, TN seeks a Community Outreach Specialist to develop and lead outreach programs that promote organ and tissue donation. You will build partnerships, deliver presentations, and support donor registrations across the service area.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a relevant field or equivalent experience, five years in outreach, and a driver’s license. Salary range is $58,000–$72,000 yearly with benefits and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of resources within multicultural communities with outreach experience.
• Graphic design skills preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and support programs that promote organ, tissue, and eye donation.
• Increase donor registrations and build relationships in the assigned service area.
• Deliver presentations, coordinate outreach activities and events, and support donor registration efforts.
