Job summary

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong oral and written communication and sales techniques.
• Ability to acquire licenses required by codes.
• Experience working with electrical contractors and reading blueprints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Fire Safety Systems to customers and end users within an assigned territory and accounts.
• Build a disciplined pipeline by prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and following up.
• Develop proposals and presentations showing value and close sales.
• Maintain territory records and report progress weekly and monthly.
• Interface with district operations to support service delivery and quota attainment.
• Represent Johnson Controls at trade shows, demonstrations, and events to grow sales.
