Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Solutions Sales Representative to drive fire alarm, life safety, and security system sales within the Northern Kentucky region. You will develop opportunities with contractors and end-users through new construction, renovations, and retrofits, while building lasting customer relationships.

The role emphasizes meeting quotas, proposing comprehensive solutions, and achieving growth through leadership in technical knowledge and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years meeting or exceeding quotas selling fire alarm systems.
• Understand fire alarm life safety systems and codes.
• NICET II certification in fire alarm systems.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sell fire alarm and related systems to contractors and end-users.
• Meet annual quota after ramp-up period.
• Develop new market share through customers and projects.
• Build customer relationships via consultative selling.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, specs and presentations.
• Provide accurate forecast of activity and potential sales.
• Maintain knowledge of products and customer needs; use CRM for tracking.
