Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review service queue and maintain the service inbox daily.
• Take incoming calls and outbound correspondence with customers.
• Review ticket data against internal platforms to determine service needs.
• Build schedule and daily assignment for technicians based on skill level.
• Verify technician time on service tickets daily.
• Ensure required parts are in stock and ready for pickup.
• Coordinate service requests from subcontractors.
• Track all service work done and invoice tickets.
