Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a Life Safety Officer at Wesley Glen in Columbus, OH, to safeguard residents and campus facilities. The role covers security operations, emergency procedures, and incident reporting across a full campus, including parking areas.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, is at least 18, and possesses CPR/AED/First Aid certification along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of the entire campus, including parking areas.
• Maintain fire and emergency procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate safety and security protocols across the campus.
• Accumulate, maintain and provide statistics and reports as directed.
• Investigate safety and security incidents that occur on campus property. Report all accidents or incidents involving residents or staff personal to Department Head
• Inspect and maintain life safety equipment.
• Test fire alarms, detection systems, extinguishers, and emergency call systems.

• Full-Time | Tuesday- Saturday, 11:00pm-7:00am
• Part-Time | Saturday & Sunday, 3:00pm-11:00pm, every weekend or every other weekend
