Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Part-Time LPN or RN at Wesley Woods, New Albany, OH 43054. The role supports nursing and care for residents in assisted living/memory care settings, with a schedule of 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM every other weekend and Saturday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• A professional who can communicate respectfully under pressure
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
• Supervise and support care staff and collaborate on resident care plans
• Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and communicate effectively with the care team
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures
• Document all care activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
