Job summary

Life Enriching Communities seeks a part-time security professional to safeguard our Twin Lakes campus and residents in Cincinnati, OH. The role requires vigilance, clear communication, and adherence to safety protocols while supporting daily operations.

The ideal candidate is observant, proactive, and dependable, able to work independently with a calm demeanor. CPR/AED/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license are required, with a focus on resident well-being and incident

Qualifications

• Matches safety procedures and maintains accurate incident records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of the entire campus, including parking areas.
• Maintain fire and emergency procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate safety protocols across the campus.
• Maintain records, statistics, and incident reports as directed.
• Investigate incidents and accidents and report to appropriate departments.
• Inspect and maintain life safety equipment.
• Test fire alarms, detectors, extinguishers, and emergency call systems.
• Occasionally deliver meals to resident homes.

Schedule: Part-Time | 24 hours per week I Days
