Job summary

A senior living organization in Westlake is seeking a safety-focused individual for campus security responsibilities. You will ensure the safety of residents by maintaining protocols, investigating incidents, and inspecting safety equipment. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, be 18 years or older, and have CPR/AED certification. This PRN position offers a supportive team culture and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of the entire campus, including parking areas.
• Maintain fire and emergency procedures.
• Communicate safety and security protocols across the campus.
• Investigate incidents and accidents.
• Inspect life safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of the entire campus, including parking areas
• Maintain fire and emergency procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
• Communicate safety and security protocols across the campus
• Maintain records, statistics, and incident reports as directed
• Investigate incidents and accidents, reporting them to the appropriate departments
• Inspect and maintain life safety equipment
• Test fire alarms, detection systems, extinguishers, and emergency call systems
• Occasionally deliver meals to resident homes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
