Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking an LPN to join our senior living teams at Wesley Ridge in Reynoldsburg, OH. This full-time, day shift position focuses on delivering compassionate nursing care within our memory care and assisted living communities.

Qualifications

• Nurse licensed as LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in assisted living and memory care.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality service.

Our team of Nurses are responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate care for our residents in assisted living and memory care.
