Job summary

Life Enriching Communities seeks a Life Safety Officer for Wesley Woods in New Albany, OH. This part-time role focuses on campus security, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness to protect residents and staff.

Responsibilities include securing the campus, maintaining fire and emergency procedures, inspecting life safety equipment, testing alarms, and documenting incidents. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, a valid Driver’s License, and are

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of the entire campus, including parking areas.
• Maintain fire and emergency procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate safety and security protocols across the campus.
• Maintain records, statistics, and incident reports as directed.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, reporting them to the appropriate departments.
• Inspect and maintain life safety equipment.
• Test fire alarms, detection systems, extinguishers, and emergency call systems.

• Schedule: Part-time - Fridays and Saturdays: 11 pm - 7:30 am
