Qualifications

• 5–10 years of management experience in fire alarm installation (commercial).
• Certifications in Fire Alarm, Access Controls, and CCTV.
• Solid project management and estimating experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• PC proficiency across Windows environments (e.g., Windows 7/XP/NT/2000).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of fire alarm construction installation projects.
• Coach and mentor technicians and apprentices to ensure quality.
• Order materials and ensure job readiness before site work begins.
• Monitor project financials and track labor hours.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with Operations.
• Attend meetings and communicate with end-users, architects, and general contractors.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and EHS evaluations.
• Set performance expectations and support hiring or evaluation activities.
