Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Deficiency Coordinator to estimate and generate sales proposals for repair work identified during inspections of fire alarm, sprinkler, and security systems. The coordinator serves as the main contact for customers with outstanding deficiencies, ensuring timely quoting and completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Experience in fire alarm, sprinkler or security industries a plus.
• Over-the-counter sales or customer service experience advantageous.
• Strong computer skills.
• Organized and detail oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate system repair estimates and proposals upon inspection completion.
• Coordinate with customers to facilitate timely repairs of deficiencies.
• Develop relationships with field inspectors and obtain inspection reports for timely evaluation and quoting.
• Gain commitment from customers via phone or email.
• Coordinate with service department on scheduling of repairs.
• Provide customers with recommendations and communicate urgent system issues.
