Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Deficiency Coordinator to estimate and generate repair proposals for deficiencies found during inspections of fire alarm, sprinkler, and security systems. You will serve as the primary contact for customers with outstanding items and ensure quotes and repairs are completed to keep systems compliant.

The role focuses on driving timely quotes, coordinating with service teams, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Over the counter sales or customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Organized and process oriented.
• Effective communication skills and ability to present before broad audiences.
• Strong negotiation skills and competitive spirit.

Responsibilities

• Generate system repair estimates and proposals after inspections.
• Coordinate with customers to facilitate timely repair of deficiencies.
• Develop relationships with field inspectors to obtain inspection reports for timely evaluation and quoting.
• Gain commitment from customers by phone or email and schedule repairs with the service department.
• Provide customers with recommendations and communicate urgent system issues.
