Job summary

Fire Safety and Protection, Atlanta HQ, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to grow relationships with life safety and security clients via phone, email, and video. You will coordinate with field teams to ensure seamless handoffs from sale to project delivery and support ongoing customer success.

You will drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and cross-sell while meeting sales targets. A BS degree and 2+ years in relevant roles are preferred; HubSpot experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer success in B2B environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets via phone/virtual selling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts from a desk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers via phone, email, and video.
• Create account plans to grow revenue with key clients.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth transfer from sale to project delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain activity metrics.
• Provide regular CRM updates and forecasted revenue to leadership.
