Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead complex transformation engagements in the Life, Annuity, and Group Benefits space. You will guide cross-functional teams across client and EY partners, driving platform modernization and customer experience improvements.

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translate objectives into practical roadmaps, and ensure successful adoption of new platforms and processes across multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years of experience in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (PAS) like FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC LifePro, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, financials, resources, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Coordinate client, EY, platform vendor, system integrator, and third-party teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery challenges.
• Guide clients in evaluating out-of-the-box capabilities, configuration options, customization trade-offs, and long-term platform sustainability.
• Partner with product, architecture, configuration, integration, data, testing, release, and operations teams to maintain end-to-end alignment.
• Support future-state process design, capability assessments, and implementation readiness.
