EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead client engagements in life, annuity, and group insurance transformations, guiding large programs and multidisciplinary teams to deliver value.

You will shape delivery strategies, foster executive relationships, and contribute to EY's insurance consulting growth through thought leadership and best practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs ensuring alignment with objectives, architecture, and contracts.
• Act as trusted advisor to client leaders driving strategic outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
