Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice, leading life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformation engagements from strategy to implementation. You will guide cross-functional teams across client, EY, and vendor ecosystems to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, timelines, and outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving strategic outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across client, EY, platform vendors, SI, and third parties.
