Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead complex life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformation engagements. You will guide strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across multi‑vendor environments, building trusted client relationships and shaping practical transformation programs.

You will manage workstreams across underwriting, policy administration, billing, servicing, and claims, ensuring end‑to‑end solution alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 6–10+ years’ relevant experience.
Experience leading large-scale insurance transformation programs.
Experience with Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance preferred.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, timelines and outcomes.
Advise client business and technology leaders to drive strategic outcomes.
Coordinate multi-vendor delivery and ensure alignment across teams.
