Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager for its Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformations. You will manage large platforms, guide strategy and solution planning, and deliver measurable business outcomes across multi‑vendor environments.

Responsibilities include governance, program leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering end‑to‑end transformation with cross‑functional teams. Travel up to 50% may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6–10+ years of consulting/insurance/transformation experience.
• Experience leading large-scale client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, etc.).
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams in insurance transformation.
• Establish governance forums, track milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive end-to-end platform transformation with cross-vendor coordination.
• Mentor teams and support business development and opportunity identification.
