Job summary

Kemper Corporation is seeking a Life Insurance Sales Agent in Stockton, California. This full-time field role involves visiting clients to present and sell policies, collect premiums, and service existing accounts.

Training is provided to prepare for licensing exams, after which you’ll manage an existing book of business. You will earn commissions on new sales and ongoing premiums with opportunities for advancement as your skills grow, supported by a pay-for-performance culture and company

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Conducting sales presentations, recommending products, and closing new sales.
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre-arranged schedule you determine.
• Responding promptly to service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and loans.
• Record keeping, accounting for money collected, and processing policy paperwork.
