High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. Our ideal agents are confident, capable communicators who are ready to follow a proven system without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and needing immediate income.

• Agents unable to invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents requiring constant supervision or guidance.

• Individuals interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are uncoachable or possess a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with strong communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients typically paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to implement a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concepts (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking for more dedicated agents to join our team.
