High End Insurance Sales Agency

We are looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents selling low premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information
• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, offering products like high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies such as final expense or mortgage protection. Our business is conducted 100% virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do not offer lead assistance programs; however, we provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
