High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top-Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel in a high-end insurance environment. Our focus is on agents who are confident, capable, and ready to follow a proven system without requiring extensive hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money and acting out of necessity

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads

• Agents needing constant guidance and hand-holding

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)

• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information

• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products, with clients paying over $250/month

• Self-motivated individuals ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
