High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Salespeople

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel at working independently and are confident in their abilities.

Who We ARE NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step

• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)

• Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent communicators who speak well and can effectively convey information

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month

• Agents who are motivated and ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
